Join The Fed is a recruiting service for MyFedBenefits (MFB). MFB has been leader in the federal benefits service and market for over 20 years. We have over 80 benefit specialists nationwide and have issued over $8 million of life insurance premium and $100 million of fixed indexed annuity premium.
We work hard to be the best in the business and are looking for the right candidates to join us.
What We Do
We work with federal employees as their personal specialists to help them better understand their employee benefits. This means assisting them with everything from reading their paycheck stub and understanding their deductions, their federal life insurance, pensions amounts, when they can retire, and their federal 401K. During the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career strong.
